The KVMA Foundation’s primary goals are:
Establish educational & scholarship funds for veterinary students, veterinarians, and other qualified individuals in the animal industry.
Provide grants and financial support for leadership conferences of 4/H, FFA and other allied groups.
Develop funding sources to sustain the Foundation and its activities
Here’s what we’ve been able to accomplish so far:
Meet our Board:
How can you support your KVMA Foundation?
You may become a Foundation Fellow, all donations are tax deductible and you will be recognized in our KVMA newsletter and at the KVMA Mid-America Conference.
Participate and/or sponsor the annual KVMA Foundation Annual Clay Shoot at Elk Creek Lodge. This is a fun way to network with your fellow colleagues.
Participate in the Foundation’s Sympathy Card Program, it offers a personal way to reach out to your clients in time of loss. Since 2004 there has been over $70,000 contributed to the KVMA Foundation.
Would your program like to be considered for a donation?
The KVMA Foundation’s Grant Program benefits many of our state’s non-profit groups. Grants are given throughout the state of Kentucky to deserving organizations. Proposals must be submitted through the KVMA. The yearly deadline for grant proposals is December 15th.
